pip was a man with a very short stature who was not much taller than the Warner siblings. also he has a one pupil that is bigger the other he is either in his mid 50s to early 60s
personality[]
Pip was seen as a very dull man telling storys that lead to different storys and then to conversaitions that had nothing to do with the story in the first place. but athough people keep on telling him how dull he really is. he is still very oblivious to the fact that he is a dull person.

he was origanly intended as a one time character but because of the popularity of the skit Chairmen Of The Bored he was able to appear in a few more skits. but still his personality did not change he was still a nusinse to the Warners
