I Am Weasel is an American cartoon show that was shown on Cartoon Network on July 15, 1997, and ended it's run on September 16, 1999. The show is a spin-off of the show, Cow and Chicken, where the show was a part of a segment. The show is about a smart, famous and highly-intelligent weasel and an idiotic and ugly baboon. The series was produced by Hanna-Barbera with Cartoon Network Studios. It was created by David Feiss. The theme song was based on the nursery rhyme, "Pop Goes The Weasel" and it was composed by Bill Fulton, written by Richard Pursel and sung by April March. The series aired 79 episodes, with reruns showing from 1999 to 2006. Reruns of the show were aired on Boomerang. Currently, the show returned to Cartoon Network, along with other late-1990's shows as part of the Cartoon Planet block since April 13, 2012.
