The Great Piggy Bank Robbery was a Warner Bros. short released in 1946 and directed by Bob Clampett. The cartoon begins with Daffy Duck reading his favorite comic, but then he hits his head and dreams of himself being "Duck Twacy." He ventures out to find out where everyone's stolen piggy banks went, including his own. He squares off against gangsters such as "Neon Noodle" and "Rubberhead" and eventually kills them all with his machine gun and recovers his stolen piggy bank.
This short is one of the most popular that was released by the Warner Bros., as it is most notable for its wackiness and violence. It is a classic example of Bob Clampett's energy and outrageous style.
